Refund policy

Return Policy: We proudly offer a 30 day return on most items you purchase from Dreams Barber Supply (in addition to any manufacturer warranty that may apply). We cannot accept returns on the following items once they have been opened (for sanitary reasons): clippers, trimmers, shavers, straight razors, shears, combs, brushes, liquids, guards, etc (unless there is a verifiable manufacturer's defect).  You can return other merchandise by shipping it to Dreams Barber Supply, prepaid, and in the original packaging. Also make sure there is sufficient packaging to prevent breakage during shipping. Please include a copy of your invoice for faster processing.
NOTE: If you are requesting a refund for a returned package and the item(s) does not, in our opinion, have a verifiable manufacturer defect, we will issue a refund to your credit card for the amount of purchase LESS our shipping cost (if we paid shipping to you). If you refuse a package and we paid shipping you will be refunded the purchase amount less our shipping cost for the shipment AND return.
