Shipping policy

Processing Time:
Orders generally take 1–3 business days to process. However, this timeframe may be extended during holidays, new product releases, or for orders containing preorders, backorders, or other unforeseen delays. 

Shipping Time:
Once your order is processed, it will be handed off to UPS the same day. Delivery generally takes 2–5 business days after shipping.

Expedited Shipping:
We prioritize expedited orders and work hard to process them as quickly as possible. While expedited orders are processed within 48 hours, this is faster than our standard processing time. 

If we exceed the 48-hour processing window, we apologize for the delay and can offer a refund for the expedited shipping cost.

In-Store Pickup
We offer free in-store pickup during normal business hours. Please allow 2 hours or call the store ahead of time to confirm your order is ready.
